The Account Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining the strategic relationship between the agency and clients by addressing client needs through direct contact and the utilization of agency resources.
The Account Supervisor is the key, day-to-day agency representative for the client and maintains a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions.
This position must be ready to lead a team (or not) and it work strong along with only a client.
-Excellent public speaking skills and experience
-Experience with digital communications and marketing
-Ability to foster strong, cohesive working interdisciplinary teams
-Aptitude to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client
-Ability to use alternative analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive/marketing problems
-3 to 5 years in the industry or related experience in developing interactive projects and managing large creative team and clients
-Experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting
-Bachelor degree or equivalent.
