We are looking for a discipline Customer Success Leader to join our growing team at Jampp!
As the Customer Service Leader, you will provide thought leadership, business judgment, and analytical insight to ensure successful implementation of our app marketing campaigns.
You have a hunger to drive strategic and operational innovation, this is based on analytical rigor and the ability to get things done in a multi-stakeholder environment. This is a great opportunity to coach, mentor and train some of the best and brightest Mobile Campaign Managers in the business while also helping to inform the overall strategy and direction of Jampp. If you love to lead and have the discipline to build a team that can executive like a swiss clock, this position is for you.
What you’ll do...
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Mobile Campaign Managers.
Lead regular team meetings to foster team discussion and sharing; keep the team informed of process changes and best practices
Provide day-to-day coaching for team members via regular check-ins.
Own retention and account weekly growth targets and strategies to ensure long-term growth for Jampp's customers.
Leverage data to track and take action on team KPIs
Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to develop and evolve account management strategy and processes.
Expertly and successfully resolve escalated customer issues, seizing such opportunities to help your team learn and grow
Coordinate hiring, on boarding and training for new team members
You should have...
Proven ability to recruit, develop and coach high-performing teams with a focus on customer accountability and delight,
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience in account management, preferably for a advertising product.
Superior customer service skills - the ability to be empathetic, compassionate, responsive, resourceful and solution-oriented
Experience and comfort dealing with tough situations, including those that are customer-related or personnel-related
Strong analytical skills and experience with developing and implementing strategies with clear business impact through a data-driven approach.
