DG2 is in the business of global advertising advisory and management on behalf of the world’s largest marketers.
We are looking for motivated and experienced personnel who will work on behalf of our Clients to verify marketing investments; plan and manage reviews projects; evaluate controls and identify operational weaknesses and recommend procedures to improve business practice.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project management methods for the Company’s functions, including planning and executing data analysis engagements, reviewing and evaluating client data, and recommending procedures to improve business practices and processes.
Generate a data analysis framework.
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Review and reconcile all data provided by Clients and Agencies/Suppliers including but not limited reports related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Third party vendor engagements.
Report discrepancies, ensuring data conciliation issues are well defined and root causes are identified.
Plan, scope, and perform data analysis and assessments within established business process.
Work with management covering the client audit function and overall business activities.
Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relative experience - such as but not limited to financial analysis, accounting reporting and reconciliation experience
Thorough understanding of data analysis process
Accurately interpret and test relevant data and KPI metrics for identified categories of a review
Knowledgeable in performing analysis of Cash Flow, A/R Aging and other relevant financial information as required for conducting audits
The ability to think independently and work collaboratively
Expertise in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project software applications.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Willing to travel
Excellent English Skills
